LTD VTU Valmiera has increased turnouver up to 3.9 million lats

Last year the greatest part or 36% of the total turnover comprised of income from transportation by regional intercity scale routes, and the second largest share of income or 34% was from retail trade of fuel. 10% from the company total net turnover were ensured by transportation on the territory of the former Valmiera district, and 8% - passenger transportations in Valmiera town. Also in 2012 the company received state support – compensation for loss incurred when providing public transport services. The amount of compensation comprised approximately 1.9 million LVL including 118.9 thousand LVL for cover of loss incurred in 2011. This year the company management intends to continue fulfilment of the bus purchase plan and also plans reconstruction of Valmiera bus terminal for equity funds.
